Upcoming show

Buttons' Dream poster.jpeg

When Buttons has a bad dream one night, he doesn't begin to imagine that this could mark the start of the end! With Pantoland crumbling into a downward spiral of never-ending baddy badness, will the goodies be able to save the day?

Bursting with well-known characters borrowed from all your favourite pantomimes, a delightful medley of music to entertain all ages, comedy capers, creepy caves, a big red button, thigh slaps galore and of course the odd custard pie or two, Buttons' Dream is a real pantomime for our time with something for everyone.

Join us on the 17th-19th January 2025 for the world premiere of a magical new tale written and directed by Twyford Drama's very own Panto Princess Emma Cianchi.

Booking your tickets

You can call our Box Office telephone number (answerphone) 0118 328 2825 or order tickets online by clicking the above link.

We only accept credit cards through our online booking page. However, we do now have a credit card facility if you collect tickets on the door. We strongly recommend buying and collecting tickets in advance, as there are nearly always queues before a performance.

Although tickets may be available on the door, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a good seat. Pantomime performances do get booked up well in advance and often we will sell all 200 seats.

Our venue

We stage all our public performances at Loddon Hall in Twyford, Berkshire. This is a large hall close to the centre of the village, with good facilities for our audiences. The main hall of this well-known community centre is converted into a theatre auditorium for a few days and the stage transformed to provide the setting for our production.

Accessibility

There is level access into the hall from the car park apart from one very low step. An accessible toilet is available. The auditorium is not raked, however the stage is raised.

Arriving by car

There is a large car park immediately in front of the hall although latecomers may find it full. The postcode for your satnav is RG10 9JA.

Arriving by train

Twyford Station is about fifteen minutes walk. It has an excellent service of trains to Reading, Henley-on-Thames, Maidenhead and London.

Food and drink

Usually you can order your interval drinks at the bar from 7.30pm. We also serve tea, coffee and biscuits.
